Mediator Ethics
Tue. July 29 5:30–8:30pm
CMS Offices
New Hope
This 3 hour workshop will include a mix of discussion and experiential exercises designed to refresh your understanding of not only the Rule 114 Code of Ethics, but also of CMS best practices.
Effective January 1, 2008, an ethics refresher will be required for all CMS mediators at least once every three years. This means that all mediators who received their initial training prior to 2006 will be due for an ethics refresher in 2008. This is the third of the four classes scheduled in 2008, with the hope to accommodate your busy schedules. There will be one more opportunity this fall to take the ethics refresher (date and time to be determined).
This class is free to all CMS Mediators.
We will provide dinner.
Please RSVP by Friday, July 25, 2008 if you have not already.

Because our eldercare trainings are so popular, please indicate your interest no later than Monday July 14th. Please e-mail MMP to insure a place and so that we can accurately plan for the training.
