Finding yourself in the midst of a dispute can be emotional and upsetting. Whether you are struggling to come to an agreement about parenting time for your child, or you are embroiled in a dispute about property or a business transaction, you are likely consumed with coming to a resolution. Perhaps you feel that court will exacerbate the matter, or that you would prefer to come to a resolution on your own. That is where our low-cost or free services come into play—we can help. At Community Mediation Services, Inc., our organization provides individuals and families with assistance in reaching resolutions. We used well-trained and experiened volunteer mediators who help to facilitate productive discussions and resolutions for your dispute. Our mediators are not advocates. They do not take either parties' side; however they are neutral and trained in helping the parties come to resolutions. If you need help coming to a resolution on your dispute, give us a call.  Our staff takes the time to answer your questions about the mediation process. Call us at 763-561-0033.
